Which is better and why? Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail (Windows Live Mail)?

I cant decide which one to go for... Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! in general has much more to offer, however Im kind of thinking if MSN and Windows Mail Live (Hotmail) is good, so whats better and why? MSN, Hotmail (Windows Live Mail), or Yahoo!, Yahoo! Mail





Please help. :)

MSN mail is better....it just has a better format...they have a better set up

Reply:Well actually neither. Gmail beats them by far and its free also... You can only get in by invitation though.
Reply:Yahoo - more space for attachments - u'll get pissed off tryin to do photo attachments on hotmail. Also, hotmail goes down far too much as opposed to yahoo hardly ever going down.
Reply:Does it really matter?...Why not set up with both then you can decide later which one you want as a home page.....I'm using both for e'mail,and yahoo as my Home Page..No problem

Reply:yahoo mail is easy and low maintenence. hotmail always asks for a password update and if you didn't do it yet you can't log it and all kinds of bull.


I would go with yahoo, they just let you have an account and the rest is your own doing.

Reply:Yahoo is so much better. hotmail have just copied yahoo and it's very hard to understand whats where on hotmail. i have a hotmail account but i never check it. it's rubbish. yahoo is so much better.

Reply:I prefer Gmail: it's much more user friendly, it is easier to find the emails you were looking for without having to create tons of seperate folders and organizing them.
Reply:yahoo mail cos uploading images and stuff from your pc is limited on hotmail and hotmail gets more spam which yahoo doesn't :)

Reply:if u want a good spam-free inbox, u should go for windows live mail.. however u would have to wait for a few weeks until you actually become eligble to use the mail beta, whereas u can get on to yahoo mail beta by simply changing your preferred content to English U.K. ;)

and it does'nt matter what size althought uploading can be slowish if it's a large file I sent a 14 page document last week easy
